New Delhi, October 2025:
At the Defence Auditorium in New Delhi, the Bhartiya Shiksha Board (BSB) unveiled a new chapter in India’s education movement with the release of six original books authored by Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd.), Director General of the Bhartiya Shiksha Anusandhan Parishad (BSAP).
The event, attended by defence veterans, educationists, scholars, and social reformers, celebrated the growing convergence of modern technology and Bharatiya values in shaping the nation’s youth. The launch was hailed as a landmark step in taking advanced learning and moral education to the heart of India’s villages and smaller towns.
Six Books That Bridge Knowledge, Character, and Culture
The six books, released under the Bhartiya Shiksha Board banner, are written in an accessible bilingual format and cater to readers from varied age groups and regions. Each title carries a distinct theme but collectively reflects a common vision — learning that builds intellect and inspires inner strength.
1.आत्मरक्षा विज्ञान: देश के मन की बात (Self Defence Science: The Voice of the Nation)
2.गाँव में रहकर सीखो आर्टिफ़िशियल इंटेलिजेंस (Learn Artificial Intelligence While Living in Village – Hindi Edition)
3.प्राणी जगत से सीखो सफलता के गुण (Virtues of Success from the Animal World)
4.करो तैयारी बनो सिपाही (Prepare Yourself – Become a Soldier)
5.मोबाइल और टीवी की लत कैसे छुड़ायें (How to Overcome Mobile and Television Addiction)
6.छुओ आसमान बनो महान (Touch the Sky, Become Great – Success Mantras from World Literature)
According to educationists present, these works reflect a rare integration of science, ethics, and culture, transforming otherwise academic subjects into living lessons for self-improvement and national development.
“Education Must Reach the Last Student”: Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi
Speaking at the launch, Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd.) said the project represents a mission to make learning both affordable and awakening.
“Education should not be a race for degrees; it should be a journey of character. These books aim to bring high-value, complex knowledge—whether Artificial Intelligence or national security awareness—into the homes of ordinary Indians. Every young mind, whether in a metro or a mountain village, deserves access to modern learning written in a language of values,” he said.
He further noted that BSAP and the Bhartiya Shiksha Board have drawn global recognition for introducing a completely new subject—‘Self Defence Science’—under the Central Government’s national school education board.
This subject, he said, merges physical training, psychological resilience, and ethical reasoning to create a new kind of citizen—“disciplined, self-aware, and fearless.”
“When education prepares the hand, head, and heart together,” Dr. Dwivedi added, “we create not just professionals but protectors of the nation’s soul.”
BSAP’s Vision: Knowledge with Integrity
Addressing the audience, Mr. Gaurav Pandey, Director of the Bhartiya Shiksha Anusandhan Parishad, described the event as part of a larger transformation unfolding across Indian education.
“Under the guidance of Wing Commander Dr. Pushkal Dwivedi, BSAP is bringing about a new model of learning where technology meets tradition. The six books launched today are more than publications—they are instruments of national rebuilding. We want our students to be skilled, but also rooted; informed, yet inspired,” he said.
Mr. Pandey added that BSAP’s ongoing programs have positioned it as a key partner in shaping Bharat’s educational identity on the global stage, aligning with the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’.

Under the Bhartiya Shiksha Board and BSAP, these efforts are seen as part of a larger educational renaissance, taking India’s indigenous knowledge systems into a modern global framework.
