Ram Charan’s Fitness at 40: To maintain your fitness level like the RRR star, do these six exercises weekly.

Ram Charan, a Telugu actor, is well-known for his physical appearance in addition to his acting. On March 27, Ram Charan celebrated turning 40. Ram Charan is more fit than young actors, even at this age. Ram Charan’s toned body in the popular movie RRR made millions of people go crazy, but he is still just as fit in real life. Ram Charan maintains a healthy diet and engages in regular exercise to stay fit. In a 2019 interview with Apollolife.com, Ram Charan discussed his favorite foods, how he stays active, and other things he makes sure to incorporate in his diet.

 

Ram Charan likes to do everything from jumping jacks and seated machine presses to military pushups and barbell stiff-leg deadlifts. He only eats home-cooked food.

Ram Charan’s workout routine

According to the actor, he makes an effort to lead a balanced life. where he works out every day. He spends an hour and a half working out, with a particular emphasis on bodyweight exercises. Ram Charan enjoys sports as well. Every day, he engages in some gaming. He exclusively eats home-cooked meals and works out vigorously four days a week. He makes an effort to maintain his composure.

  • Wednesday: Calves and abs
  • Thursday: Chest triceps
  • Friday: Back exercises
  • Saturday: Hamstring and inner thigh abs
  • Sunday: Day off (rest)

Ram Charan’s diet plan

Performer White eggs and eggs with milk, oats, and almonds are how Ram Charan begins his day. In the afternoon, he then has vegetable soup. For lunch, he had brown rice, chicken, and green veggies. He enjoys eating grilled veggies, sweet potatoes, and salmon as evening munchies. At 6 p.m., he finishes his dinner. wherein he has a large bowl of mixed green salad together with avocado and other items.
