In order to improve ethical healthcare recruitment for Indian nurses in Germany, BorderPlus acquires Onea Care.

The well-known German healthcare recruitment company Onea Care has been acquired by BorderPlus, a workforce mobility platform. This action is a major step toward establishing equitable and well-organized employment options for Indian nurses in Germany.

By making this transaction, BorderPlus hopes to meet Germany’s growing need for medical experts while maintaining moral hiring standards. In order to establish a significant presence in Germany, India, and other important destination markets, the company has committed USD 10 million to mergers and acquisitions.

In order to improve language training, recruiting efficiency, and the smooth transition of healthcare professionals into their new workplaces, BorderPlus also intends to implement digital-first solutions.

“This acquisition is a significant step toward ensuring that Indian nurses and healthcare professionals have access to structured, fair, and high-quality job opportunities in Germany,” said BorderPlus co-founders Ayush Mathur and Mayank Kumar. To increase our footprint and assist Indian healthcare professionals in pursuing international job chances, we would keep looking into such opportunities in strategic areas. Our objective is centered on ethical hiring practices and high-quality training, and we are intensifying our efforts to revolutionize global worker mobility.”

By 2030, there will likely be a 500,000-nurse deficit in Germany, thus fair and organized hiring practices are essential to workforce planning. India is in a strong position to close this gap through open recruiting practices because of its large pool of highly qualified and experienced nursing staff.

“BorderPlus shares Onea Care’s deep commitment to quality and fairness in healthcare recruitment,” said Leon Bauer, founder of Onea Care. When it comes to addressing labor shortages while upholding the highest moral and quality standards, this acquisition will be revolutionary. We can expand ethical recruitment solutions while meeting Germany’s increasing need for nurses by fusing Onea Care’s experience in healthcare staffing with BorderPlus’ emphasis on Indian healthcare experts.

Onea Care, a reputable name in German healthcare recruitment that was founded by Leon Bauer, collaborates closely with hospitals, universities, and healthcare providers.

With this purchase, BorderPlus underlines its goal to provide Indian professionals with organized overseas employment options while maintaining the highest ethical recruitment standards in the global healthcare sector.
