Rakhi Haridas

Self-doubt can stop people from speaking up, taking new chances, or trusting their own abilities. Helping people move beyond those feelings has become the focus of Rakhi Haridas’s work. As a leadership and transformation coach, author, Kuchipudi dancer, resin artist, and poet, she encourages people to build confidence, understand their emotions, and believe in themselves.

Although she works in many creative fields, one idea ties them all together. Rakhi believes lasting confidence begins with self-awareness and emotional strength.

Helping People Believe in Their Own Ability

As a leadership and transformation coach, Rakhi works with professionals and entrepreneurs who want to become more confident in their work and personal lives.

Her coaching helps people recognise limiting beliefs, handle emotions in a healthy way, and make better decisions. Through years of working closely with people, she has seen how fear and self-doubt can affect both personal growth and professional success.

She believes that when people understand themselves better, they become more confident, communicate more clearly, and lead with greater purpose.

A Guide for Personal and Professional Growth

Rakhi brought many of these ideas together in her book, Mastering Emotional Agility: A Guide to Thriving in Life and at Work.

The book was written for people who feel stressed, mentally tired, or unsure about the next step in life. Rather than focusing only on ideas, it shares practical exercises, templates, and simple methods that readers can use in everyday situations.

The message is clear: emotional strength can be developed with practice. By understanding emotions instead of reacting to them, people can face change with greater confidence, think more clearly, and make better choices.

The book reflects the same work Rakhi does through her coaching, giving readers a chance to continue learning at their own pace.

Bringing Confidence into Every Creative Work

Beyond coaching and non-fiction writing, Rakhi expresses her ideas through several creative fields.

As a Kuchipudi dancer, she has learned how movement can communicate emotion with honesty and grace. Years of practice have taught her discipline, patience, and self-belief.

Her resin art gives her another way to express ideas through colour and design, while her poetry collection, Pouring My Heart Out!, shares reflections on life, relationships, memories, and personal growth.

Although each creative path is different, they all encourage people to express themselves with confidence and see life from a fresh point of view.

When Human Behaviour Becomes Fiction

Rakhi’s interest in the human mind also inspired her latest psychological crime thriller, Misled Towards Truth.

The novel follows ACP Nikhil Mathew as he investigates the murder of a prominent businessman and his wife. As the case develops, hidden motives, fear, and changing facts keep both the investigators and readers questioning what is true.

While very different from her non-fiction writing, the novel reflects the same interest in human behaviour. It encourages readers to think about how emotions, assumptions, and personal experiences shape people’s actions.

Continuing to Help People Believe in Themselves

Rakhi’s work has been recognised with the Golden Wings Book Award 2026 and the Tagore Kala and Sahitya Academy Award 2026. She is also writing more psychological crime fiction, with future stories featuring a skilled female investigator solving complex cases through a deep understanding of human behaviour.

Across coaching, writing, dance, art, and poetry, Rakhi Haridas continues to encourage people to move beyond self-doubt and build greater confidence. Through every book she writes and every role she takes on, she hopes to help readers understand themselves better and face life with emotional strength.
